1. Commitment

Killough Works is committed to making the Killough Works website accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to widely recognized accessibility standards, principally WCAG 2.1 Level AA, over time.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We welcome feedback from visitors who encounter barriers on the Site.

2. Scope

This statement applies to the Killough Works marketing website at https://killough.works, including primary public pages such as the homepage, methodology page, payment hub, demos catalog, intake flow, and public practice documents.

This statement does not automatically apply to:

Third-party checkout pages operated by Stripe
Third-party booking tools such as Cal.com or Calendly
Third-party APIs, embeds, or external platforms
Client websites, automations, or systems unless accessibility work is explicitly included in a signed project scope

3. Client Project Work

Accessibility remediation, WCAG audits, ADA conformance reviews, and assistive-technology testing for client websites are not included in standard Friction Check, First Fix, or Mini Build offers unless explicitly listed in a Service Agreement or written scope.

If you need accessibility requirements for a client project, raise them during scoping. Killough Works can quote audit, remediation, implementation, and testing work separately when appropriate.

4. Measures We Take

Killough Works works toward accessibility by:

Using semantic HTML where practicable
Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
Maintaining readable color contrast in core layouts
Supporting keyboard navigation for primary interactions
Labeling form fields in the intake flow
Preserving skip-to-content navigation
Testing layouts across common viewport sizes
Reviewing new public pages before release
Keeping public practice documents readable, navigable, and consistently structured

Because the Site evolves, new issues may appear. Accessibility is treated as a maintenance priority, not a one-time checkbox.

5. Known Limitations

Known or potential limitations may include:

Area	Limitation
Demo catalog	Interactive demos prioritize illustration of business concepts and may not meet full production accessibility standards
Third-party flows	Payment, booking, API, and embedded provider experiences are not fully controlled by Killough Works
Decorative mockups	Some illustrative before-and-after mockups may have limited alt-text detail
Live components	Rapid iteration may temporarily introduce focus-order, contrast, or responsive issues before correction
Video deliverables	Client-facing review videos may require captions or written alternatives upon request

We work to reduce these limitations over time.

6. Compatibility

The Site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and with common assistive technologies where practicable.

Older browsers, uncommon assistive technology combinations, browser extensions, disabled stylesheets, or third-party platform changes may experience reduced support.

7. Feedback and Assistance

If you have trouble accessing part of the Site or want to request an alternative format, contact:

Killough Works aims to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and propose a remediation path when appropriate.

8. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate through applicable legal channels in your jurisdiction. Killough Works prefers to resolve accessibility concerns directly and promptly where possible.

9. Continuous Improvement

Killough Works reviews accessibility during site updates, responsive design passes, public page changes, and new feature launches. This statement will be updated when meaningful changes occur.
